This Privacy Policy describes how Nunoi ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our service at nunoi.app.

1. Data Controller

The data controller is Fler s.r.o., Company ID 29379946, VAT ID CZ29379946, registered office Vysoká 534/12, 639 00 Brno, Czech Republic, operating the Nunoi service at nunoi.app. For privacy matters, contact us at hello@nunoi.app.

2. What data we collect

• Account data: Email address and encrypted password (or Google account ID if you sign in with Google).
• Usage data: Credit balance, transaction history, generated image metadata (not the images themselves) and, if you use Almanach, how you use its pages (see section 5).
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, session data — used solely for security and service functionality.

3. Your uploaded photos

This is our most important commitment: Photos you upload to Nunoi are used solely to generate your requested image or video. We do not store your original upload photos beyond the time needed for processing. We do not share, sell, license, or use your photos for AI training, advertising, or any other purpose. Your products are yours — we treat them with complete confidentiality.

4. Generated content

The images and videos generated by Nunoi are stored in your personal library on our servers so you can access them. You can delete them at any time. We do not use your generated content for any purpose other than serving it back to you.

5. Almanach (shops connected to Fler)

If you connect your Fler shop, Almanach prepares weekly content for your social media with the help of Marta, our AI editor. To do this we:

• Read your shop on Fler: product names, descriptions, parameters, prices and public product photos, and your seller name. We only read this data. Almanach never changes anything on Fler and never publishes anything for you.
• Read your shop reviews: the public reviews customers have written about your shop on Fler and your replies to them. We store the review text, the name or nickname of the customer, the date and a thumbnail of the purchased item. We do not store the city of the customer. Marta uses the reviews to draft replies that only you can see and to show you what customers praise you for. She never replies to reviews on Fler for you.
• Store what you tell Marta: your settings, written answers, and the photos, videos and voice messages you send her. Voice messages are converted to text and used only to write your posts; they are never published as audio. These files are stored privately and are not publicly accessible.
• Remember your feedback: likes and dislikes (including the reasons you give), rewrite requests and messages to Marta, so future issues fit you better. If you choose to pass a message on to the Nunoi team, we read it to improve the service.
• Measure how Almanach is used: when you open an issue, which parts you view and for how long, how far you scroll, what you click, and your device type and screen size. This first-party usage data is stored only on our servers, is linked to your account and is used solely to improve Almanach. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers and we do not share or sell this data.

Your catalogue data, reviews, photos and texts are processed by AI models from Google to write posts, check facts and create illustrations. The issue cover is drawn by a Recraft service from a text brief (see Third-party services). Marta is an artificial intelligence. The posts, illustrations and ideas she prepares are generated by AI; please review them before publishing. Almanach usage data is kept for up to 24 months; other data as described in Data retention. If you disconnect your shop, no new issues are created. You can ask us to delete your Almanach data at any time at hello@nunoi.app.

6. Connecting Instagram and Facebook

You can connect your Instagram account or Facebook Page to Nunoi. You can then publish the posts Marta prepares for you in Almanach with a single tap, and Marta can see how they are doing. Connecting is optional. You switch it on yourself by logging in with Instagram or Facebook, and you choose which accounts we get access to.

• What we read: the account name and profile picture, your posts (photos, videos, captions, publication date) and their statistics, such as the number of likes, comments, saves and reach. We do not store other people's comments or messages.
• What we publish: only a post you confirm yourself with a button, exactly as you see it before sending. We make its photos available for the shortest time necessary at a private random address so that Instagram can download them, and remove them once the post is published.
• What we do not do: we never publish anything on our own, write comments or messages, delete your posts or change your account settings.
• What it is for: it lets Marta see what works with your followers and tailor further tips and posts accordingly. Only you can see this data; we do not use it for advertising and never sell it.
• How to disconnect: in Almanach settings, click Disconnect. You can also remove access directly with Meta: on Instagram under Settings → Apps and websites, on Facebook under Settings → Business integrations.
• Data deletion: when you disconnect, we delete the access token immediately and the stored Instagram and Facebook data within 30 days. You can request immediate deletion at hello@nunoi.app; we will complete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

7. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

We process your data on the basis of: (a) contract performance — to provide the service you signed up for, including Almanach; (b) legitimate interests — to maintain security, prevent fraud and improve the service, including measuring how Almanach is used; (c) your consent — for any optional communications.

8. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated images are stored until you delete them or close your account. You can request complete data deletion at any time by contacting hello@nunoi.app.

9. Your rights (GDPR)

As an EU resident you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, data portability, and object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@nunoi.app. We will respond within 30 days.

10. Third-party services

We use Google (for optional Sign in with Google), Meta Platforms (Instagram and Facebook, if you connect them), Stripe (for payment processing — they never share card data with us), and, for AI generation of text, images and video, services from Google, OpenAI and Recraft and other AI model providers, which we use through specialised platforms for running these models, such as Atlas Cloud. Some of these providers process data outside the European Union, mainly in the USA. Each has their own privacy policy. We share only the minimum necessary data with each provider.

11. Cookies and local storage

We use only essential session cookies necessary for login functionality. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Some pages store small preferences in your browser's local storage, for example whether you have already seen the Almanach welcome animation or which steps of a tip you have ticked off.

12. Changes to this policy

We will notify registered users of any significant changes via email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

By using Nunoi (nunoi.app), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Service description

Nunoi is an AI-powered photo and video generation tool designed for handmade product sellers. You upload product photos, and our AI generates professional marketplace-ready images and short videos.

2. Your content

You retain full ownership of all photos you upload. By uploading, you grant Nunoi a limited, temporary license to process your photos solely for the purpose of generating your requested content. This license ends when processing is complete. We will never use your photos for any other purpose.

3. Generated content ownership

You own the images and videos generated by Nunoi. You may use them for any commercial purpose including in your online shops, social media, advertising, and marketing materials.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Nunoi to generate content that: infringes on third-party intellectual property, contains illegal content, is used to deceive or mislead buyers, or violates marketplace terms of service. Nunoi is designed for genuine handmade product photography — misuse may result in account termination.

5. Credits and payments

Credits are non-refundable except in the case of a failed generation (technical error on our side), in which case credits are automatically returned. Credits do not expire. Purchases are final.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. AI generation depends on third-party providers. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions.

7. AI limitations

AI-generated images are not perfect. Results may vary. We do not guarantee any specific outcome. If you are not satisfied with a result, you may regenerate — additional credits will be consumed.

8. Limitation of liability

Nunoi is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of the service, including lost sales or revenue.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes shall be resolved in Czech courts.
