3. Your uploaded photos

This is our most important commitment: Photos you upload to Nunoi are used solely to generate your requested image or video. We do not store your original upload photos beyond the time needed for processing. We do not share, sell, license, or use your photos for AI training, advertising, or any other purpose. Your products are yours — we treat them with complete confidentiality.

4. Generated content

The images and videos generated by Nunoi are stored in your personal library on our servers so you can access them. You can delete them at any time. We do not use your generated content for any purpose other than serving it back to you.

5. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

We process your data on the basis of: (a) contract performance — to provide the service you signed up for; (b) legitimate interests — to maintain security and prevent fraud; (c) your consent — for any optional communications.

6. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated images are stored until you delete them or close your account. You can request complete data deletion at any time by contacting hello@nunoi.app.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

As an EU resident you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, data portability, and object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@nunoi.app. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Third-party services

We use Google (for optional Sign in with Google), Stripe (for payment processing — they never share card data with us), and Fal.ai and Google Gemini (for AI generation). Each has their own privacy policy. We share only the minimum necessary data with each provider.

9. Cookies

We use only essential session cookies necessary for login functionality. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

10. Changes to this policy

We will notify registered users of any significant changes via email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

1. Service description

Nunoi is an AI-powered photo and video generation tool designed for handmade product sellers. You upload product photos, and our AI generates professional marketplace-ready images and short videos.

2. Your content

You retain full ownership of all photos you upload. By uploading, you grant Nunoi a limited, temporary license to process your photos solely for the purpose of generating your requested content. This license ends when processing is complete. We will never use your photos for any other purpose.

3. Generated content ownership

You own the images and videos generated by Nunoi. You may use them for any commercial purpose including in your online shops, social media, advertising, and marketing materials.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Nunoi to generate content that: infringes on third-party intellectual property, contains illegal content, is used to deceive or mislead buyers, or violates marketplace terms of service. Nunoi is designed for genuine handmade product photography — misuse may result in account termination.

5. Credits and payments

Credits are non-refundable except in the case of a failed generation (technical error on our side), in which case credits are automatically returned. Credits do not expire. Purchases are final.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. AI generation depends on third-party providers. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions.

7. AI limitations

AI-generated images are not perfect. Results may vary. We do not guarantee any specific outcome. If you are not satisfied with a result, you may regenerate — additional credits will be consumed.

8. Limitation of liability

Nunoi is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of the service, including lost sales or revenue.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes shall be resolved in Czech courts.
